How to whitelist an IP in Breeze Panel for ssh?

The following guide provides a quick step-by-step tutorial for whitelisting the IP address to Breeze Panel to ensure secure, authorized access to your hosting environment.

Follow the Below steps to get started.

  1. Login to Breeze Platform.
  2. Select the Company you like to work on.
  1. On the left Click on ‘Sites’ to open the site list.
  2. Open the Server you want to allow IP on.

Click on the ‘Access’ from the left panel.

  1. Then go to the Manage IPs Option on the SSH section. This will open Manage IPs —

  1. Click on the “Add” button.

Note: In the Breeze panel, the "Allow all the IPs" toggle is initially set to 'off' by default. This default setting is in place to ensure the security of your data. It means that only trusted and whitelisted IP addresses can access your sensitive information, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Enabling the toggle, grants access to all IP addresses that are added to the panel, including those not explicitly authorized or blocked earlier. We recommend keeping the toggle 'off' unless there are specific cases where you need to provide access to a broader range of IPs.

Now, enter the IP you want to whitelist in the form and click on Save.

  1. The IP entered will be added to the allowed list.

That’s it. You have successfully added the IP to the whitelist.
