Do you update Magento core?
Magento or Magento core are the core files that make the Magento platform. You can find the Magento core from the repository. For ease, Breeze does it for you, so you don’t have to download and upload the files to your server.
Magento is open-source software, and the community keeps developing it, making it better with each update. We do not force the updates, as the updates bring changes that you should be testing on the stage first. You can set up your store on the staging environment and then update the Magento to test if it works perfectly.
This way, the live site will remain safe if the update brings any issues to your store.
